Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the contracting of web design, hosting, domain registration and software development services provided by Andrés Escobar through andresescobar.net. Hiring any of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

2. Payments and billing

Payments must be made in full within the deadlines agreed upon in the proposal or contract. Hosting and domain services are periodic (monthly or annual) and must be renewed within the established timeframe to guarantee service continuity.

Accepted payment methods: Bancolombia (savings account), Nequi, Bold (online card) and Bitcoin. See our payment instructions for details.

3. Service cancellation

Hosting or domain cancellation must be requested at least 15 days in advance via email to contacto@andresescobar.net. Refunds are not issued for unused periods of active services.

4. Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• ·Providing accurate and up-to-date information for service setup.
• ·Maintaining the security of their credentials (cPanel, email, CMS).
• ·Not using the contracted services for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

5. Service availability

We commit to a 99.9% uptime on our hosting infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Force majeure events, DDOS attacks or third-party provider failures are not included in the SLA.

6. Intellectual property

Once the project is fully paid, the client owns the rights to the final deliverables. Andrés Escobar reserves the right to use the project as a portfolio reference unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the site.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Colombia.
